WOMEN’S SAUNA AREA (from 10 a.m.)
- Bio-sauna: Temp. 60°, humidity: 40 %
- Steam bath: Temp. 45°, humidity: 100 %
- Own 'air fountain' outdoor terrace
- Own changing area for women only
BIO /SOFT-SAUNA (from 10 a.m.)
- Temp. 60° C, humidity: 40 %
- Recommended stay: 10 - 18 mins.
HAMAM (from 10 a.m.)
- Temp. 40° C, humidity: 20 %
- 2 integrated steam baths in the hamam. Admission to the hamam is included in the admission price for the SPA area. An additional fee is charged for any treatments (e.g. soap sud massage)
2 OUTDOOR FINNISH SAUNAS (TERRACE, OUTDOOR WHIRLPOOL)
- Temp. 80 - 100° C, humidity: 10 - 20 %
- Recommended stay: approx. 15 mins
- Daily infusions with our sauna master
- "Mittagskogel" daily from 10 a.m., "Dobratsch" daily from 12 p.m.
BRINE STEAM BATH (from 10 a.m.)
- Temp. 50° C, humidity: approx. 100 %
- Recommended stay: 15 - 20 mins
- you enjoy a healthy sea climate, muscles and nerves can relax and a natural peeling effect ensures supple skin.
PRIVATE INFRARED (TWO CABINS)
- A gentle warm-up (30 - 35° C) to increase blood flow to the muscles and tissues. An environment which can be beneficial for many chronic illnesses.
