Our course offering for adults ranges from beginner swimming courses to crawl and backstroke courses and sporty early morning swimming sessions. Did you know that exercising in the pool is one of the healthiest and most effective forms of sport? No? Swimming is particularly gentle on the joints and ligaments and works all the muscle groups – it strengthens the arms, legs and torso. It also improves coordination and stamina. BEGINNERS’ SWIMMING COURSE
CRAWL & BACKSTROKE COURSE
EARLY MORNING SWIM TRAINING
2 x a week (Tuesday & Thursday) (see webshop for dates).
Course content: Leg stroke, water position, breathing, arm movements, fitness & coordination, crawl, backstroke, breaststroke
- Independent swimming WITHOUT aids (breaststroke)
- Basic swimming endurance (50 m)
- Familiarity with the element of water (head under water etc.)
- Fins, swimming goggles, swimming cap, swimming costume
